man vs woman

it is not a new matter about which i am going to discuss, but after my 5 days training program. I got some thoughts that is girls are feeling now so i think that i have to wrote on this issue.

If we talk about girls then i think that at this time in terms of hard work they are ahead then men. So we talk about their capabilities then it will be a time wasting. The things which they have to proved has been already proved by different women like in business- Indira Nooyi, Chandra kochar, in politics- Mamta Banarji, Sushma Swaraj, in sports- Jwala Gutta, Saina Nehwal so on.

At this time girls have nothing to prove because which that they want to prove has been already proved. Their importance in our society can be understand as we can never imagine our society without girls. If we don’t have mothers then who cares about us.Some girls said that they want to show that they care about their parents. I think, “A girls cares more about his parents then a boy”. So when it is already clear that they cares more than where is the question to prove. Today girls are doing better in almost every field. The question arises in the time of Nurupma Rao but they prove that a girl can be IAS topper in the time of Kiran Bedi but they prove a girl can IPS and the work which she done as a IPS will always a sign of excellent not only for woman but also for man. When at present time a girl from a good family says words i want to prove then it hurts. They are toppers in many exams. They have outstanding communication skills. They perform better than man also in stress. They have good mind to make good decision. But i have a objection on their thinking of proving themselves because when they says that they will prove themselves they adds it with money, job, reputation, power. The conditions which is faced by a newlywed groom not different from newly appointed manager. Because in home she has to manage love, truth, transparency. Same as in office a manager has to manage motivation, honesty, hard work, ethics. So ours mother or girls have the power like a manager from their birth. We learnt managing people from heavy books but they learnt it from itself.

When the question arises against the crime to woman then it is thinkable. Many women criticizes man but after placing their man in a safe side saying my husband/brother/father not do it. So if nobodies’ father/husband/brother not do any wrong thing to woman then who do? A special person who bearing clothes of animal. Not, absolutely not. If we have a intention to make our society clear, safe for women then lets it start from our home. If we have father/husband/brother who always helps a woman never put them behind give a proper way to move them forward. Then we will never have to think about this. And the responsibility to be safe is also on the shoulders of our sisters. Because we never put our lockers open saying that what will police do? So we have to take care of it.In my opinion society have been changed up to a point. Today husbands are helping their wife to maintain their house. Brothers are helping sisters to give knowledge about exams, competition, books and course. Father are get admission of his daughters in best school according to their capacity. Although there is some difference is still in lower part of our society. But we have to remember that if we get sick then it takes times to be healthy. So how we can expect them all our sins will be removed in one day. Slowly we will absolutely stand on a place where there will be no difference exist between man and woman. We will say man and woman not “man vs woman”. We are waiting for that day.
